We believe that people are made of the experiences they bring to the table and helping others requires a systemic approach. As a mental health collective, we offer a variety of services to clients, including psychotherapy, mediation, SAP services, and more. We offer our clients extended hours and weekends as well as the ability to be in-person or virtual.

Whether in person or in the privacy of your own home, we hope we can assist you in a distraction-free environment. We work in the offices of Southwest Psychotherapy Associates which are soothing, with fully private rooms, offering complimentary coffee, tea, and water.

AG Counseling is currently practicing with Southwest Psychotherapy Associates in Greater Houston on Wilcrest Drive, just north of Westheimer Road.
